John- Thanks for your response! From what I hear the scoop on the T deal with NT and LU is that it mostly to install new TMDA stuff to help with their capacity problems. It is also my understanding that T is fully aware that if it wants to do data, they will have to use cdma. It seems to me their vendors of choice for the TDMA equipment are also the leaders in cdma infrastructure. In short, things seem to be falling into place slowly but surely for T and cdma.

A quick note on your response, ericy definitely pays Q royalties for any cdma stuff they end of selling. That point was made very clear by Q management in the conf call announcing the deal.
