They will close the private palcement this week and announce the merger shortly. They will also be looking for another aquisition, if they have not found it already. In addition, the merger partner Infolocity is very interested in e-commerce. They have technology that can search all auction sites in real time for the best price on stuff. They have 3 domain names registered, auctionmine.com, drugmine.com and grocerymine.com! Auctionmine.com was beta tested and took off line ASAP. They are being very quiet about this stuff. They use this same tech for investor facts. No competition here! NONE! People got burned on IATR when a merger didnt go thru a while ago. They have turned the corner. Price prediction, $10-$15 by years end with the additional deal and e-commerce up. Do your DD, try to get in low. You will see news this week. I am in for 10,000 shares.
