If this was true we would have seen this info posted by Bloomberg or Zack's. You got notice on the 18th of Aug of a supposed change done on the 27th of July and no one else knows about it. There was a rating change from moderate buy to hold and that was sometimes after earnings according to Zack's. biz.yahoo.com This is too major an item to not show up on some rating service so unless you can post the proof don't post this info. And I have already seen people posting this info of yours on Yahoo and on SI saying the stock has had two downgrades to hold but not one has supplied a source so don't tell me people reading and posting out here don't believe a lot of the unsupported crap put on these boards.
