Thanks for the reply Richnorth. Today I called OROP, and have found out that the current number of outstanding shares are 23M, whilst the fully diluted # of shares is 34M. That means that its worth .71/share. The financing went through today, and the closing of the acquisition is due any day now! Things are looking good.
