Very interesting, CDNO on Canadian Dealing Network - tse.com has no information at all click the 'c's to view it, also this quote.stockwatch.com shows last trade as the date August 26th the same date as this news release 8/26/99 - CDN Directory Additions Listed on US Markets you pointed out.

So how's is this going to work? If CDNO in Canada merges with the steel company why does the company have to get listed on the US markets if it already trades there, why isn't the merger with the US shares? If that is the case, wouldn't the stock to buy be the CDNO in Canada? Something isn't making sense here.
