Lets see ... On Feb 22,1999 the deal was announced by Haber for 10% of Orex and a percentage of whatever and Orex was NOTa public company. Then on March 1, 1999 another article came out on this deal. Next on March 4, 1999 Orex went public and then on March 10, 1999 Orex began trading. SO what is it that you do not understand. OH maybe you feel Habe should be getting 2,220,000 shares for 10% of Orex though the deal with Mr. Haber was done earlier to Orex going public which is proven in the dates of the articles and new releases. Maybe this is why Mr. Haber does not have a problem with what he got. Are you trying to say that the agreement is an ongoing scenario? Regardless of what Orex does Haber should get 10%? LOL ... What part of this do you not understand? Who were the promoters Chuck that was going to buy your integrity since you think this stock is so bad but could pay you in stock for your written opinion to sucker people in though you feel negative about Orex? C'mon Chuck you told me who they were and I verified it. SO tell everyone who the promoters are. :-) GB
