Time line: Feb 22, 1999 HABE announces a deal for 10% of a non public company for the right to commericalize the HGP March 1, 1999 another article was published about this deal. March 4, 1999 after securing the right to commericalize the HGP Orex goes public. (Shares have to be issued for the shell of MMDL) March 10, 1999 Orex begins trading for the first time on the OTC BB electronic system March 24, 1999 Orex isssues a release that does not state exclusive. Later a release was issued with exclusive out of syntax by Orex's PR firm and was corrected by HABE. Hope you got it now. If Orex did not have the right to commerilize HGP what was the point of going public or anything. Who were the promoters? Aand your integrity was you were ticked you did not get those shares when you called me raising cain that the company would not give them to you either. BS on your so called questions too. You did not ask any for you were calling me about this stock and even wanted me to call doug long. You were trying to get stock is why you called the company since I have known you. Also I even heard from the promoters that were suppose to give you the 20K of stock for the tout. SO tell everyone who these promoters are. GB :-) GB
