Bo, Thread,

AT&T is said to be looking at a 24 * 7 answer to MCI's nickel per minute rate which they are due to announce sometime today or tomorrow. According to a brief CNBC sound bite this morning, they are looking to bring their any-hour rate down to near a nickel, too. How will this affect ACCR's and the other VoIPs in their class outlooks, since T is the largest holder of both commercial and consumer accounts. I'd like to know your collective opinions on this. As an aside, I think that it is also interesting to note that T also has a VoIP strategy with a pilot service which is currently being supported and their VoIP service actually sells for more than 5 cpm, currently.

(I believe that their VoIP offering is set at somewhere between 6 cpm and 7 cpm, if they are still offering it.)

Regards, Frank Coluccio
