James-as a dual shareholder (EXL & GME); I can see the merits of both decisions. In the Porcupine Destor fault zone, mineral values (tonnes & grade) typically increase with depth. This leaves EXL open to getting another JV, probably one of the entities in SR's family's companies.

Also, if GME would have made any expenditures on the "down dip property" it would have weakened their ability to fund operations "when they take over the operation" after winning the settlement. Who knows, I wouldn't put it past EXL to neuteralize GME position.

PS I'm presently doing well on a Titanium play in Nova Scotia called NAR Resources (NRL-M) with good potential for success. Good website accessible at CSW.
