The 800 #'s listed for Belmont went straight into Starnet in Vancouver, who were made aware that the caller was Canadian. It would seem that the company's stated policy of not accepting wagers from Canadian's was being completely ignored by staff on the help desk. One can only conclude that was corporate policy, and not deviant behaviour by two separate employees of Starnet.
