Actually my wife uses NTOP to call her family in France. And yes, it is a lousy connection, the time lag is extremely annoying. We call "customer service" once because we couldn't add money to the account. Bunch of rude idiots. Took them a month to finally edcide to accept our money. NTOP way overvalued. Maybe I'll join you on this one.
