Steve Harmon, in his email newsletter, discussed PCNTF. Said he liked it, mentioned its major backer and Singapore, though the price would rebound, then said he figured it to be a takeover candidate, specifically Psinet or Yahoo. I can copy it from my email, but I do not want to run into any copyright stuff. Any thoughts?
