Again, any loss in value between when you buy and sell a stock does not go to the government. It goes if anywhere to the previous and/or next stockholder. The government would make more in taxes if you sell at a profit. I think you may want to rework your analysis, the idea that this is a government conspiracy to steal your money does not pass the plausability tests.
