Denis, Just a thought on the news release. If management were trying to cover all possible scenarios that could cost the company valuable time in getting this operation into full scale production then this mobile lab could be covering a very big POTENTIAL problem. Le and all are going to have to go into a bank, stand at the teller window and ask to borrow slightly less than a half billion dollars<g>. The significance of process improvement and the ability to demonstrate an actual working pilot operation will,IMO, be almost a necessity in securing the financing they will require. An absolutely brilliant and forward thinking move on the part of management !!! Also, the faster IPM can get this facility up and running the less time some very bad people have to derail the operation (re:bxm). CEB
