Thanks for the response. I agree the comparisons should look good for yr 2000 when both mergers are completed and the savings realized.

Per the conference call, it appears as if CCBL is comfortable with earnings around $.90 for 2000. In looking at the current research listings , it doesn't appear as if this has been reflected in earnings estimates which are still above $1.

The full yr 10K probably wont be out until late sept. which should give more insight into the cash position and by that time some of the recently registered stock should be sold.

I'll continue to monitor CCBL, and look for an entry point in mid to late Sept. or if the price approaches $20.
