They are talking to a few potential buyers but their biggest problem is Encap.Encap is where SHO borrowed some money but I believe if you look at shareholderrs for Encap,there is something in the works there. However within 10 months they should have Encap fully paid off.With the oil and gas prices presently...I see some healthy returns coming their way.
