Hey, Chucka, told ya Ga Bard was good. That's why he's so sought after as a paid stock promoter.
As for HABE ownership in ORXX, let's do some math:
23.3M are issued and outstanding - 300K were issued in a 504 - 8M were issued for the shell ===== 15M was thus the issued prior to the shell purchase
Ga Bard is arguing that because the announcement of HABE getting 10% predated the announcement of the shell being purchased for 8M shares, that HABE got 10% of the 15M, or 1.5M. Therefore, several days later, after the shell was purchased, HABE's ownership became 1.5/23=6.5%. That's a 33% loss to dilution in the blink of an eye! And Ga Bard wants us to believe HABE agreed to such a thing... that HABE did not know that ORXX was intending to purchase a shell?!
So, to summarize, according to Ga Bard, one the following two scenarios applies: A. HABE agreed to 10% of a company knowing full-well they would lose 33% of their ownership a few days later, or B. HABE, the company with the magic formula so vital to ORXX's existence, got screwed over by ORXX
Yep, this Ga Bard is a real professional...
