Ken -- welcome. what is the source of your information? seems to me that CADE would be a strategic acquisition for a company like AVS, which is the largest airframe heavy maintenance provider in North America and which has been acquiring companies and expanding its business further into parts manufacturing, repair, and overhaul. i don't think, however, that CADE represents a super bargain at the current price level -- e.g., EPS, price to sales, ROE, etc. of CADE and AVS are in same ballpark. maybe someone with more insider knowledge of the industry can shed some light on CADE's value relative to the industry?
