Internet's Number One Branded MP3 Player

Free Demo Strategy to Build Brand Awareness and Drive Upgrade Purchase

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif., Aug. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Spatializer Audio Laboratories, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SPAZ -
news) announced today the release of its second e-commerce product, Spatializer© StreamFX(TM) for WinAmp. Developed by
spatializer.com, the company's Internet business unit, StreamFX for WinAmp is a sophisticated audio enhancement package for
Nullsoft's leading WinAmp MP3 Player. StreamFX for WinAmp is available for download now from Beyond.com.

``With over 1 million downloads per month, WinAmp is the Internet's leading branded MP3 player,' said Pete Birch, Spatializer's
Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing and head of spatializer.com. ``In giving all those users the opportunity to improve their
audio playback, this new version of StreamFX significantly expands the available market for our e-commerce products.'

Mr. Birch went on to say, ``In keeping with the current MP3 culture, we have created a limited version of StreamFX for WinAmp
available free of charge from our website, www.spatializer.com. Although the functionality and features of the free demo is limited,
it still contains all the functionality of our closest competitor's product, for which it charges its customers over $10. We believe
Spatializer's 3D audio technology is the best available, as evidenced by the growing demand for our products from leading global
leaders in the consumer electronics and PC markets. By allowing users to demo our technology at no charge, we'll let the customer
hear the difference, while building greater brand awareness. We are optimistic that the quality and impact provided by the demo
will whet the customer's appetite for an unsurpassed audio experience and will come back and purchase the complete version of
StreamFX, which is available now from Beyond.com.'

Nullsoft, recently acquired by America Online (AOL), is the developer of the WinAmp MP3 player and also of SHOUTcast(TM),
an MP3 streaming audio system. As of November 1998, Nullsoft claimed a monthly download rate of 1.2 million for the WinAmp
player, with total downloads exceeding 15 million units. Between 75,000 and 100,000 users visit the Winamp.com site each day
making it one of the Internet's most popular sites.

StreamFX for WinAmp leverages Spatializer's renowned audio technologies to provide a complete audio enhancement plug-in.
Included in the complete version of StreamFX is Spatializer's highly acclaimed 3-D Stereo technology, which creates a dramatic
and enveloping sound experience from any stereo audio stream over either PC speakers or headphones; and Vi.B.E(TM),
Spatializer's advanced bass-enhancement algorithm, along with a high quality variable reverb with multiple room models.
