I spoke with a PERL rep last week. Asked how may warrents had been issues/how much raised, answer was that the entire thing was cancelled. I asked then if this would have any adverse effect on the business, and he said no, cash flows and their existing line of credit was sufficient for their needs, that this was an "opportunistic" move with future acquisitions in mind. He said the last two had gone so well that they thought they could continue to expand and quickly assimilate. Guess the "future" was, at least partially, very near term. He also said that with their sales and two tiered distribution channels now in place, that they would be able to absorb more efficiently since they would not need as much addl marketing.

I also asked some FA questions, having noted a large increase in in receivables, inventory & payables. He said that partially this was due to the acquisitions, partially due to business cycles - they sell the most in qtr 4 & there is a lag. He said they would go down this qtr, but would not decline to near year ago levels due to increased business derived from the acquisitions. The see a 20% increase in business going forward in terms of public expressions, but they were confident that this year would be larger. I ended up adding 2K shares after the talk. I'm continuing to see good product development, so am fairly confident about future revene streams. Clearly the management is moving with trends and not sitting still.
