just a chance encounter with a person....cant even say who he is or corrorborate it in anyway....but when there is smoke as they say...there is fire...i was convinced enough to put in my own money...generally when these companies r bought out....they r bought out with a premium...i doubt the company which is doingso well will sell cheaply....all in all u may place my info under the heading of rumor...but i was convinced
