I bought THW at .85 cents and would like to get my cash back on it. I had great hope for THW, but now am tired of owning it.

"Tired of owning THW?"

Alternatives:
1. Sell if you think there's no hope.
2. Hold if you think there is some hope.
3. Hold if you're too stubborn to take a loss.
4. Buy if you think the future's bright.

It's not as if we didn't know Totally Hip was a risky investment. I'm choosing #2 right now, or maybe I'm kidding myself and it's #3.

One reason is that my U.S. broker charges me $45/trade for Canadian stocks. Losing an extra $45 at this stock price would be like getting kicked while I'm down.

Re. potential suitors, I'm rooting for ADBE because I already own some AAPL. Adobe needs a product in the interactive/streaming content creation market to compete against Macromedia. One reason I don't think Apple will buy THW is that it would not appreciably increase the sales price of QuickTime Pro, IMHO. Either company could easily afford to pay $25-50M for THS out of cash reserves.
