Mr. Bachmayer, Even if you do assume a $10,000 average license fee, which may be reasonable, you also have to assume a certain number of those companies who will NOT license immediately. I would also compute the actual average for the current year in license fees for all ranges of business, then use a more realistic number of companies who will actually license by August 31. --Prem
