Agreed. But today's action in a decidedly down market is encouraging. AMD is holding onto a half point gain with the DOW down 80 and the NASDAQ down 30 (Intel has also turned negative). Volume of 1.8 million shares with over half the trading day to go is very impressive.

Pricewatch is showing 10 vendors either selling or preparing to sell the Athlon 650, and there are perhaps 25 selling the Athlon 600.
