I agree. It is too bad that portfolio managers only see large cap safety given the current world economic rebound. There are alot of small-mid cap stocks in this sector that they might want to focus on. But that presupposes that they are smart enough to understand the technology (i.e what's a router, what's time-division multiplexing -- well that's a little much maybe).
