Ok a change has occurred since about 11:30am. LEHM is no longer the best ask. They seem to have convinced others to bail now. They are at 21 5/8 with current bid ask of 20 15/16 by 21 1/16. On the better news side. LEHM is a buyer at 20 7/8. And thats a first in a while that they have been anywhere near the current bid.
