GTSI Orders Dr. Bean to Enhance Its Customer Web Site
GTSI Will Also Resell Popular Dr. Bean Product to Government Customers

HERNDON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 30, 1999--Sideware Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sideware Systems Inc., of North Vancouver, B.C. (VSE:SYD - news), today announced that US based, Government Technology Services Inc. (Nasdaq:GTSI - news), has signed a contract to purchase Sideware Systems' Dr. Bean e-Commerce customer service product for use on GTSI's web site.

The Dr. Bean version 2.0 will be installed to handle GTSI's customer service needs for its popular Federal government web site (www.gtsi.com.). GTSI is the largest dedicated Federal government provider of computer products and broad-based information technology solutions. In addition to using Dr. Bean on gtsi.com, GTSI and Sideware Systems recently signed a reseller agreement to enable GTSI to offer this popular product to its large government customer base. GTSI plans to make this product available on its National Institutes of Health ECS II and NASA SEWP II contracts within the next two weeks.
