I can't remember the exact date for completion of the deal. Sometine in the early summer (I thought June?) I'll go look. As for the rest of your post . We've ALL been trying to figure out why the discount on USRX shares and have come up with things like TAX considerations (I believe they've been discusseed here MUCH better than I could do.) Also, did you read the arbitrage scenario that was dicussed. I think it was on this thread. Made ALOT of sense to me. Both discussions are worth a second look. I've been reading a few different people's posts whose opinions I REALLY respect and they seem a bit confused too, so join the crowd.<G> Still looks like USRX shares are the best bet to me.
