Could "Guaranteed by Checkfree" reflect partners concern re:EBPP and attempt to make CKFR the front man for liability or at least share liability for routine mistakes and major glitches? How much can this cost CKFR in relation to earnings? Will users really be comforted by CKFR as a guarantor as opposed to a Bank or even a portal? I think the phrase was not arrived at hastily, but carefully required by the involved partners.
