Well, where do we begin. THW just issued net losses for the quarter at .04. Well taking into account that most shareholders including myself expected substantially higher losses this is not too bad. The loss this quarter was primarily due to severance payouts for the former CEO and some other ex-employees and a one time restructuring cost. This being the case, THW would have posted a loss of roughly only .02 per share if they didn't have to pay these employees packages. Even with the payouts the the loss wasn't as bad as the previous quarter.

A trend is starting here, and THW is beginning to put better numbers up quarter after quarter. The team remains 150% focused on the objective of being profitable in the fourth quarter. With the success of Livestage Professional this definitely seems within reason.

The fact that new management was able to contain the losses and offset certain costs goes a long way to re-establish the fact that THW is back on track and beginning to make bigger waves in the industry.

As for ADOBE or APPLE - it isn't so off base that they would buy THW - I think it may happen in the next six months. Considering shareholders were willing to pay upwards of .90 a share in the previous quarter these current prices I would suggest, are the base. In other words, in my opinion selling out now would be horrific.
