I saw an interesting article in the paper in Quebec City. This is true. Seems the local San Diego Harbor Police were called to intervene in an altercation at the harbor. One individual assaulted another by beating him over the head with a frozen 20 pound tuna fish. Seems this is the second such incident this month .

Therefore, I expect there will now be a call for a five day waiting period prior to purchasing frozen fish, no frozen fish should be allowed to be sold at fish shows, and all frozen fish should be equipped with appropriate guards and locks to prevent beatings. Further, in the event of any injury to anyone assaulted by means of a frozen fish, the fisherman should be sued for failing to provide adequate warnings on the fish and for fishing a known hazardous product from the ocean. What do you think? I think they ought to cut California loose and let it drift out to sea. JLA
