Those with BTIM in cash accounts should (may want to) pull their BTIM in CERT form. This will pull them from the market and give the MM's less shares to short with. Those in MARGIN accounts should try and cover their margins and move the stock into a cash only account (type 1), and then call the cert's also.

By moving the stock into a cash account, or calling the certs's will force those using your shares as a short into covering their type 3 (short) accounts.
