Claudia - who is your mentally impaired broker? Seems to me their legal department could benefit from a call to AHS's transfer agent. I'll check with management and see if they have any other suggestions.

I don't care how your brokerage refers to the 15% of the shares ("Avalon escrow," "AHS escrow" or anything else), because they all use varying terminology and you aren't supposed to get those shares out of escrow until 180 days after the merger, anyway. But if you don't have 85% of your total AHS shares (which is the same as .10625 multiplied by your original number of AVAL shares) in your account, without restriction, they've made a mistake. Don't let them tell you otherwise! -Eric
