I spoke to the President of the company about two weeks and he basicly told me a great story on the company. They are providing telecommunication service to the Army and Airforce bases in the United States. It will be roughly 48 bases. This was all due to the "Quality of Life Bill" passed by Clinton. He wanted our troops to feel more like human beings so he changed the name of the living quarters from barracks to dormitories. He also wanted them to have phone service. A high ranking officer at one of the bases put out an order that if the troops did not answer their voice mail they will be considered AWOL. Talk about a capture market. The company will start with basic phone service but this will expand to: call waiting, conference calling, call forwarding, and internet service. As a very wise teacher once told me, "Common utility type companies will never go out of business so they are a safe investment." Did I mention they have a guaranteed 10 year contract with government, which nowadays doesn't mean much. But nonetheless this is a very cheap stock.
