That about covers it.... one of the things that even good guys like mark seem not to understand is that there is adultery and adultery, and that few would have reacted so badly to a discreet affair with someone closer to him in age (say 30)...Nor would they have reacted so badly if the affair had not been conducted while he was under scrutiny, due to the Paula Jones suit, so that it seems completely reckless...Nor would they have been so disgusted without details like being on the phone with a congressman while being serviced....And it is still the case that few would have impeached him for being a reckless, horny old goat alone....
