Claudia - as a former customer of N*DB (in a nutshell: they screwed up royally and repeatedly; I switched my account elsewhere; they had some guy call me and ask me to give them another chance, and promised personal attention; I did one more trade with them that they thoroughly botched and I forced them to make good on my lost profits; then I switched out again, never to return), I can tell you that IMO they are M*ORONS <g>. You might have to threaten them. Fortunately, you still have plenty of time to get this resolved before the IPO. -Eric
