You could well be right, Peter. I've been reflecting the same thing. Nevertheless, My instinct would be to follow something that I can understand and in which, at least, it would seem that KCA (or rather SBD(?)) would be assured of x% of the total contract revenues on a de facto world industry standard. My eyes droop a bit when people start talking about versapaths or spooks' remote access sets.

I presume KCA felt that a pure play may make it possible that one plus 40%(?) of one might equal three. But I'm only guessing.
