If Indocan cannot go to the mountain, the mountain will come to us!

Limestone & Spring Water

August 10, 1999 - A project we have had in the works for months is approaching its launch date. A mountain of limestone near Rocky Mountain House, Alberta has come to Indocan. There are two types of limestone present, one for making commercial lime and the other for making cement. Lime production would be the goal at a plant on-site with the cement market being explored in the future.

Reserve estimates for the limestone are significant with 40 million tons of the type used in lime production (less than 2% dolomite) and 150 million tons of the type used for cement manufacture.

Revenues yet this year could begin from sales of artisan water. We have an initial permit for 31 million liters of mountain spring water with a high calcium content, a type of water that is sought after by those interested in supplementing calcium. The total mineral content is just below that of the designation mineral water and will be sold as spring water. The labels are printed and the marketing details for distribution are being finalized. The product names and other facts will be released at the launch of the stock trading.

This project will be in a separate company that is publicly quoted in the U.S. Plans to make this happen are well under way and we expect to have the symbol lit and the stock trading in early September. This project alone makes Indocan Resources worth $1 to $2 per share with near term revenues projected at $5 to $6 million from water sales. A few years out as the lime production begins eight and nine figure revenues are expected. The Company will retain its full share of this separate trading division to provide Indocan Resources with the maximum benefit to shareholder value in the coming years. These net tangible assets will be a hard asset booked on the Company balance sheet, unlike theoretical reserves calculations from inferred resource assets.

Sent Jeffery an e-mail last week to see if we would see this/anything on PRNews Wire, and a few other questions. Will let you know what he says if he responds.
