I agree with your analysis, however, I was under the impression that we were through with most conversions.

T&T: If MTCI gets delisted from the NASDAQ small cap market, I believe it can be traded on the bulletin board. I've seen other companies do this. Delisting is undesirable, but it does not mean certain death.

Others: Every since Edison took office and maybe before, the shareholder liaison for MTCI has been in London. It's a good way to keep you guys from bugging them to death. They have enough problems.
