edamo, thanks for the pointers. Call/put combo is an interesting play. My original statement about "stacked toward the house" re: RMBS was more a relative thing; in this case, comparing like expiries and strikes of QCOM and RMBS, where CTM's are ~50% premium on RMBS vs. ~37.5% on QCOM. But you made a very good point about going DITM if one were to buy RMBS LEAPS, where you can turn 50-dollar time premium into 19 bucks. Greg
