From La Guardia GFS:

Regarding Massimo Da Milano, Inc. (OTC:BB MDMI)
Securities Transfer and MDMI have confirmed the following numbers:

Shares outstanding: 48mm
Shares restricted by legend: 30mm
Shares in the float: 18mm
Shares held in street name: 6mm

The number of shares posted on La Guardia's web sites (http://www.TwoTrades.com and doscomercios.com) show the o/s @ 48mm and the float @ 5.7mm. DTC sheets were used to determine the number of shares in the float. The Transfer Agent has confirmed that this number is incorrect. By deducting the number of shares restricted by legend from the actual number of shares outstanding, the TA has deduced that there are approx. 18mm shares in the float. Only 6mm of these are currently held at Broker Dealers, as reported by the Depository Trust Co. (DTC). We are in the process of properly reflecting this on our web site, and we have already e-mailed this information to all shareholders and potential shareholders who have registered for our e-mail service.
