$Mogul, MEDSCAPE is where I go, It's the medically better of all the sites don't really know how the market will receive however, I'm sure the doctors, self included will be buying this One for sure the rest are just "sites" this one gives us our CME online along with TONS of Useful articvles, it's catered to the medical community and may be a bit too technical for the lay person..
