First of all, in case anyone hasn't caught on, or for newcomers, a few of us use "AHS" and "STAY" interchangeably <ggg>. It is possible that Appropriate Health Services.com, Inc., which currently is "doing business as" StayHealthy.com, will officially change its name to "StayHealthy.com, Inc." at some time before the planned IPO. Whether they do or not, it is possible that the ticker symbol "STAY" will be requested.
Offie, what E-trade did is basically the same thing that Regal Securities did in my account. The way I see it, as long as they've credited me with the correct number of unrestricted AHS/STAY shares, they can call the escrow shares anything they want, and use either the "100% of Avalon" number as they did, the "15% of Avalon" number or the "15% of AHS" number. (I think any other number would indicate a lack of understanding that should be corrected ASAP.) I just plan to follow up with them immediately each time a 5% tranche is supposed to be released from the escrow.
My other broker did two things completely differently: they used the "15% of AHS number" and they managed to lose one share. |
