You who do not understand- I shake my head. I like guns. I think we all out to have them. And frankly- not a lot of people need guns for the reasons you suggest, especially handguns- hard to hunt with- OK for Boar but as far as I know not so great for bird deer rabbits etc etc. The ironic thing (imo) is being hard on recreational DRUG users and then sucking up to the NRA. I don't get that. Same with the tobacco folks. I say let people do what they want. I don't want to pry the gun out of your cold dead fingers. I know that when guns are outlawed only outlaws will have guns...yada yada yada But I don't want my kid playing with an uzi either, or playing with other kids who have uzis. I am for total personal freedom but very limited freedom to do shit to OTHER people. Hard to balance that.
