Suggestion:

Add the TOOLBAR to the bottom of each page. This would especially come in handy when viewing the "Next 10 Replies" (which can be a very long page). If the TOOLBAR was available at the bottom of the page as well as the top of the page, we would not have to scroll all the way back up to the top to return to our SubjectMarks, PeopleMarks, Portfolio, what have you.

Overall, I am getting used to the new site!
