*AV* -- Before this gets out of hand boys, I went back to the original message for RadarView sent out to all email addresses I had. The following is the message sent.

Hi everybody. For those of you getting this message and are wondering
why you received it, well, I went back to all the email addresses I had saved from the private messages I received and used them to make up this list.

Starting this Monday, I will be sending out a daily newsletter to all of you for free. I need to test out the viability of this email list.
As I long as I do not ask for or solicit fees directly to you, consider this a free subscription to a newletter that has been priced as high as $400-$500 per year. I am not sure what the final price will be and it is really dependent on my partner who brought me into this arrangement.

Be that as it may, I have already decided that those people on this list and the ones that will be added from Stock Swap over the next week, will have a negotiated better first year rate, if I have to charge. What I would like to do is to justify a free subscription to anyone that provides 3 new subscribers that are not part of our community. This way, I can sleep better at night<GGG>.

Anyway, this is way ahead of myself and the subject of a formal "appeal" or "solicitation" down the road. For now, I want to make it perfectly clear that what you will be receiving on Monday and going forward will be FREE and with NO STRINGS attached. We are a community and you have me at my word. There are no hidden tricks or gotchas here. I needed some guinea pigs to see if I can send this stuff out in a timely fashion, period.

For those of you that did not volunteer for this "tour of duty" and
would not like to receive this unsolicited form of "junk mail", you will not hurt my feelings to request that I remove you from this email list.

And as a matter of fact, I think a new law was passed that requires me
to list what my intentions are and to allow a means for you to be
removed from this mailing list.

Therefore, for whatever the legal requirements might be covering this, I want to make sure that everyone knows that:

1. This mailing and the subsequent newsletter you will receive for free will most certainly result in a subscription solicitation for this newsletter down the road.

2. Anyone who is not interested in being part of this freebie process to help me establish a good mailing process should reply back to my email address and request that I delete your name off this list.
reply to: stepman@hotmail.com

3. I will make no other mailings to you on this subject until Monday Oct 19th to allow anyone 4 days to respond that they want off this list.

Thanks for your help.
Andrew

Everyone should have received the above message and should have received the newsletter for at least 1 to 3 months before the fees started kicking in since we did not modifiy the initial email list.

As far as Jeff is concerned, I have no explanation for why he did not receive the initial issues since he was on the very first RadarV1 list, with jwes john rotb NPRN pete jhub docs serg luis Delb asne stev cind Hekm gil jmitchel adam mbn moni anol psle sbe skog greg sond Edav gunt kser evan RBra RFar roni stim stew skab dlac nig bill gary. I just used the first 3-4 letters of each address here to protect the privacy but to present accountability for our actions. Somewhere down the road, these lists transitioned into the final subscriber lists. So, I apologize for any oversight.

The only way, I guess, to make amends is for me to offer for those interested, a free week's worth of RadarView by sending me your email address again<GG>
