Hi Dreamweaver: There is a new SEC filing from SPDE concerning its shareholders meeting. Shant is trying to replace Bossard on the Board of Directors by an Armenian lady, Catherine Petrossian (I guess Shant can't have too many cronies on the board). Note the existence of an agreement between the 3 CTT partners obligating them to vote their shares in support of each other's nomination on the BOD. One more broken promise from Shant. Expect the lawsuits to fly! The shareholders meeting ought to be great fun. Regards, Bernard Levy PS: If I lived in NY, I might be willing to buy 1 share just to attend.
