HARPER1197: Why pay .25 per share for a dirt cheap stock, plus interest on top of that. It does'n't make sense.
JP SEN: Jaime its a good offer, all agreements are drafted by legal counsel and shares held by a major brokerage company, It makes financial sense for me that is why I have made the offer
