Hi Yaacov:

That's anybody's guess but I've been selling off my utilities--
electrics and telcos--over the last couple of weeks and they've
all corrected quite a bit.

Right now I think cash looks pretty good but there are some
stocks that are looking attractive--some of the networking and
telco stocks have come down quite a bit.

Now I think NYN at 45 looks fair since the merger appears to have
succeeded so I'm holding that one: it will be exchanged 1 for 1
for BEL which should be an East Coast powerhouse.

My favorite stock right now since the merger completed yesterday
is SBC: that, along with PAC, used to be my largest holding. I
sold off at about 20% above current prices so I'm watching that
one and intend to buy it back.

I also think that the currency scare overkilled another of my
favorite stocks, USS at 30, down from 48, and I intend to buy
that one back, too, as it appears poised for big worldwide
growth, especially in Europe.
