My memory may be faulty, but didn't Amgen have a RA drug or another with which they only completed a Phase II study and made noises about skipping the Phase III trial and filing directly? IMO, I would rather IMCL follow the usual bureaucratic hoops, dotting all the i's and crossing all the t's, so to speak, instead of being cocky and underestimating the denseness of FDA review officials. Exhibit A: Coulter's blowup today.
